This is the 200W 222Mhz amplifier build completed May 2020.                                                                                                                                                                                                         

 It uses a surplus 225-400MHz 200W RF deck.  Inside the RF deck enclosure are 2           Point 9 brand D1009 150W DMOS transistors in parallel.  Just 28VDC and a power           detector output on the case.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        I added a W6PQL control board, FET power switch and LP filter board with onboard       power detectors.  Same as my 432 amp except it uses the W6PQL 500W RF pallet.                                                                                                                                                                       The Reflected detector connects to the control board for SWR protection at 2:1 SWR.     For metering I plan to use my RF Wattmeter with a small PSoC5LP board and a                graphics display currently under development by me (June 2020).
